Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the re-polish website and services (the "Service") operated by Maxim Sokolenko ("us", "we", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
re-polish is a web-based tool designed to optimize Spine 2D JSON data files. The Service is provided on a "Software as a Service" (SaaS) basis.
Access to premium features requires a valid Patreon membership.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Subscription cancellations and refunds are handled exclusively through the Patreon platform according to their policies.
Your Content: You retain all rights and ownership of the files (JSON, Atlas, PNG) you upload to re-polish. We claim no intellectual property rights over your assets.
Our Content: The re-polish tool, including its code, design, node algorithms, and branding, is the intellectual property of the developer and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT YOUR FILES WILL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT CORRUPTION.
YOU AGREE TO ALWAYS KEEP BACKUPS OF YOUR ORIGINAL FILES BEFORE USING THIS SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL re-polish OR ITS DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Share your account credentials or allow others to access premium features through your account.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
